User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between Tikto Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Tikto”) and the person (“User”) who uses the website www.tikto.com.tr (“Website”) and the services provided through this website (“Services”) under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Any User visiting the Website or benefiting from any Service declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

3. Service Conditions

• The User is obliged to use the services only for their own TikTok content.
• Tikto never requests or stores the User’s TikTok password under any circumstances.
• The Services are applied only to the content link provided by the User.
• The User may not make service requests with incorrect or fake content.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All service prices offered through Tikto are clearly stated on the relevant pages in Turkish Lira.
• Payments are made through secure payment systems.
• The service is automatically initiated once payment is completed.
• Tikto reserves the right to apply promotional campaigns and discounts periodically.

5. User’s Obligations

• The User agrees to act in compliance with the provisions of this Agreement and applicable legal regulations.
• The User undertakes to use the service only within legal and ethical boundaries.
• The User cannot hold Tikto liable for content that violates the rights of third parties.
• All legal and criminal liability arising from providing false information or illegal use belongs to the User.

6. Tikto’s Rights and Obligations

• Tikto may temporarily suspend the service for technical improvements or maintenance.
• Tikto is responsible for ensuring the quality and continuity of the services it provides.
• In case of any unlawful activity, Tikto has the right to suspend the service.
• Tikto is not responsible for algorithm changes or platform-based issues that may occur after the service is provided.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, visuals, texts, and written content on www.tikto.com.tr and its subpages belong to Tikto. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited. Otherwise, the User may face legal proceedings and compensation obligations.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Turkish Law shall apply to the implementation of this Agreement. Manisa Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising between the Parties.

11. Enforcement

The User declares that they have read, accepted, and approved the provisions of this Agreement as of the moment they access the Website. The Agreement enters into force without the need for mutual digital consent.
